Hero products — models carrying this symbol are the styles the brand (Mount to Coast, etc.) is spotlighting this season, with marketing assets produced by brand HQ. We'd suggest weighting your buy and replen toward them. A model
without the symbol may still receive marketing assets — the symbol simply marks the models we have specific advice on for the season.
⚡ Rapid Order lets you enter a single size run once and apply it across
multiple models at the same time. Click the Rapid Order button in the toolbar, set your
quantities per size, pick the models to apply them to, then hit Apply. Use it to quickly
build a full brand run without entering sizes row by row.
Multiple brands must be submitted separately — add your items for one brand,
submit, then switch to the next. You can have items in multiple brand carts at once.
Indent
pre-order — place orders before the season opens with no stock constraints.
Footwear volume pricing tiers apply automatically as your unit total increases.
Forward Replen
forward order — order forward stock that is inbound to the warehouse. No live
stock constraint, but availability will be confirmed at time of fulfilment. Pricing is
based on your indent order units for the same season.
At Once
in-season — order from live warehouse stock. Each size shows current
available units. If a size shows 0, you can still order — we will confirm whether the
item is available for backorder or cancel it if it isn't.
